# Esectra Control

> Customer oversight of cases, verifications, and operations.

Esectra Control is the customer dashboard. Reviewers sign in, complete MFA, inspect cases and verification records, and use the API-backed actions allowed by their role. Decisions and case actions remain server controlled.

The **Organization** screen manages hosted capture appearance. A Control session is scoped to a tenant; the browser does not choose which tenant's theme to edit.
